Starting to workout on Keto can be hard, but if you push through and make it to fat adaptation you will have an enormous energy boost. Working out may slow the scale due to inflammation and water retention that is part of the healing process, but you will continue to lose fat even if the scale slows. My energy, mood, and confidence all have improved as my body has learned how to workout while on this diet.
