Hey guys! My roommate Marcel and I did a 30-day diet where we only ate meats, fruits, veggies, and nuts for the entire month. We had 0 cheat meals! I started at 185lbs at 13% total body fat and Marcel started at 212lbs at 27% total body fat. By the end of the 30 days I was 174lbs at 7% BF and Marcel was 199lbs at 21% BF. We made incredible progress in our fitness journeys and definitely recommend trying out the ketogenic diet for anyone seeking weight loss or looking to lean down and get shredded.
