I show you how to make a keto taco salad, keto burger bowl, and keto mexi eggs. For the keto taco salad, I show you how I make my own taco seasoning for the taco meat. I also show you how to make an easy keto Thousand Island dressing for the Big Bac Burger Bowl.

KETO THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
½ cup mayonnaise (regular or avocado)
2 tablespoons sugar free or low sugar ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar (white or apple cider)
1 teaspoon Swerve or sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon minced up dill pickle
1 teaspoon white onion, finely
Pinch of salt & dash of pepper
Mix everything together. Can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator for up to a week.
KETO TACO SEASONING
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 ½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon oregano
