Time off and how to make Keto Bread that doesn’t suck

About Keto Diet
Hi everyone. Something different this time as we are on holidays and my wife Kate takes the stage to teach us one of my favourite and essential Keto recipes. Keto bread that doesn’t suck? Yes that’s right. Filmed at my mothers kitchen in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Thanks for watching. Go North.
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups finely ground almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1. Heat oven to 375 F and line a 8”X4” loaf pan with parchment paper. Separate egg whites and egg yolks
2. In a large bowl, combine eggs cream of tartar. Using a hand mixer, whip until stiff peaks form
3. In a separate large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat yolks with melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped egg whites until fully incorporated, then fold in the rest
4. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth top. Bake for 30 mins, or until top is slightly golden and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 30 mins before slicing.
