3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp low carb sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract unsweetened
50ml heavy cream (or unsweetened almond milk will do for lesser calories)
Chocolate ganache
200ml heavy cream or (unsweetened almond milk add 1/4 tsp xantham gum to lessen the calories )
1 upto 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (your choice)
4 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate
2 tbsp low carb sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract unsweetened
Dark chocolate
50ml upto 100ml organic coconut oil (your choice)
3 square of Lindt 85% dark chocolate
For the whole can
Net carb:35 g net carb
Fiber: 26g
Fat:208g
Protein:36g
Net calories:2157
Per tbsp
Net carb: 2.9 net carb
Fiber: 2.1g
Fat:17.3g
Protein:3g
