Keto Diet Recipe | Chocolate Cream Cheese Fat Bombs
4 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
2-3 tbsp coconut oil (softened or melted) or MCT Oil
2 tbsp butter (melted for easy mixing)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 packets of stevia, you can adjust to your taste.
1 batch makes about 8 cubes.
1 cube contains approximately:
2g of Carbs
8.2g of Fat
Macros for each cube:
I used 4 tablespoons of coconut oil or MCT Oil cause why not and two tablespoons of butter to add depth of flavor. But feel free to use only coconut oil or only butter. It will still be delicious. The macros are based on 2 tbsp of coconut oil and 2 tbsp of butter. I used 4 tbsp of coconut oil in the video to add more fat.
You can substitute for a low carb sweetener of your choice. Just look up substitution ratio.
You can use small muffin tins or pretty much any mold you have on hand, just make sure you adjust the macros for your mold size/serving size.
Softened creamed cheese and coconut oil just means they were brought to room temperature. That way its not as hard as it would be straight from the fridge. This makes it easier to mix by hand. This step is pretty important.
